SHIPPING
INFO FOR DOMESTIC / US CUSTOMERS: Unless you tell me differently, I ship via USPS Priority, within 5-7 business days of sale. I will send you an email or text with your Delivery confirmation number/tracking number when I've shipped your order.
INFO REGARDING INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
I am not currently shipping outside of the US. If you do live outside of the US and see an item you would like to purchase, please email me at Rockandcrow@yahoo.com and I would be happy to help get the item to you.
PAYMENT
All major credit cards are accepted. Safe processing through this website has been set up securely. If you would like to use Venmo to pay for a piece, just text or email me beforehand.
REFUNDS AND EXCHANGES
Rock and Crow wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have any concerns with your purchase or the craftsmanship of an item please notify me within 3 business days of receiving your item.

Although I do not typically accept returns, I can evaluate on a case by case basis. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges.
